Career
Tran Hong Nhan, a former Judge and a litigation expert, is leading the litigation practice team of ATS Law Firm to handle legally compliance and disputes of clients effectively. In his career of more than thirty years, he has practiced Vietnamese laws and served as Judge. Initially he was appointed as the Judge of Hoan Kiem District People’s Court. From there he went to be the Judge of Hanoi city People’s Court. Subsequently, he was promoted as the Chief Judge of Dong Da District People’s Court, the position that he held till retirement. Mr. Nhan has successfully monitored, settled and decided innumerable dispute cases of commercial, trade, economic, company membership, civil, labor and criminal nature.
