Adam is a Partner in the Real Estate Group, advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including high value acquisitions and disposals, large portfolio deals, commercial lettings and real estate finance transactions.

Recent experience includes:

  • providing real estate advice to Bupa on the sale of part of its UK care home business to HC–One, the largest ever care home deal in the UK
  • advising Cellnex Telecom on real estate aspects of its £2bn acquisition of Arqiva’s telecoms towers business
  • providing real estate advice to Hospital Topco on the £1.8bn disposal of BMI Healthcare and the GHG Group, the largest real estate deal in the UK in 2019
  • advising a global third-party logistics operator on a £75m+ sale and leaseback of a 1.65m sq ft logistics campus.

Adam is consistently recommended in The Legal 500, acknowledging his experience in handling “high-profile corporate disposals” and noting that he is “well-regarded for his work for ultra-high-net-worth individuals on London acquisitions”. In the 2020 edition Adam is listed as a “Rising star”.
