With over 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Will acts for a variety of institutional investors, funds, occupiers, student accommodation providers and developers and deals with all aspects of commercial property work, including sales and purchases, development projects, refinancing deals and general landlord and tenant transactions.

Recent work includes acting on a funded investment purchase of a portfolio of properties located throughout the UK, advising a developer client on two high value mixed used development schemes in the City of London and helping the UK’s largest student accommodation provider refinance a number of its UK property assets.
