Ms. Bongcaron is actively involved in three of the Firm’s practice groups: dispute resolution, labor and employment, and intellectual property.

Ms. Bongcaron’s dispute resolution practice is focused mainly on commercial litigation, debt restructuring (rehabilitation and insolvency), arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She also handles cases on persons and family relations as well as guardianship proceedings. She is active in Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), the first arbitral institution in the Philippines, where she is a trained arbitrator and a member. In 2018, Ms. Bongcaron was invited to take part in PDCRI’s 15th Commercial Arbitration Training Seminar where she was appointed as one of the facilitators in the mock arbitration held on the last day of the Seminar. Currently, she is a member of the Committee tasked to revise and update the PDRCI’s current arbitration rules. Ms. Bongcaron is also a trained arbitrator of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PiArb), and a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). Ms. Bongcaron also completed the Tribunal Secretary Training Program (Manila Leg) of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) in 2018. She also represents clients in civil and criminal proceedings before trial courts.

Ms. Bongcaron has been recognized by the Legal500 as a Rising Star in Dispute Resolution since 2020.
