Ádám Simon is a Senior Associate in the Tech & Comms and Data Protection Groups of Bird & Bird, based in Hungary, advising businesses on how to solve their legal problems relating to information technology.

Ádám aims to use his understanding of the IT industry to serve clients effectively. He has extensive experience in IT related commercial, intellectual property and data protection matters.

Over the years, Ádám has developed particular experience in assisting businesses with handling cross-border technology related legal issues.

Ádám has advised clients on high value IT related transactions, SaaS deals, complex cloud infrastructure contracts, and ERP agreements. He also regularly advises on data protection matters, including cross-border data transfer structures.

He has also gathered extensive experience in helping fast growing technology companies setting up and managing their day to day legal operations. In particular he helped companies in creating their SaaS contract templates, vendor review processes and compliance strategies in relation to data.
