Zoltán works as a Senior Associate in Budapest, where he is the head of our Hungarian employment team, and also offer in-depth experience in technology-related legal issues.

In his role as the head of the local employment team, he works closely with local and international partners and senior lawyers of the firm to ensure that he best serves our clients’ needs. He particularly enjoys nurturing client relationships as well as taking part in various projects aiming at devising and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

He has extensive experience in employment matters, having advised multinational clients on complex restructuring and collective redundancy projects. He often supports our clients with termination of employment, localisation of employment contracts and employee transfers, as well as representing employers in lawsuits concerning overtime allowances and unlawful termination claims.

In addition, he is also an expert in IT, outsourcing, data protection, telecommunications, ecommerce and software licensing matters. He has successfully coordinated a number of complex GDPR compliance projects in a wide range of sectors including IT, manufacturing, insurance and market research. He has also been involved in significant IT and business process outsourcing projects.
