Eszter always aims to understand the business needs of the clients to ensure that the service provided to them is not only legally sound but also commercially viable. She has been involved in several domestic and cross-border cases. She has experience in various aspects of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate matters. She also has experience in the energy sector, including mergers and acquisitions and due diligence exercises in the field of renewable energy and electricity, and also in providing legal advice in energy regulatory matters, including the mandatory off-take regime, licensing and regulatory approvals.
