Rohit’s practice focuses on banking and finance. He has handled several complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions ranging from asset-backed finance (including both aviation and maritime finance), external commercial borrowings, corporate finance, project finance, debenture issuances, and derivatives to securitisation. He regularly advises both borrowers and lenders in restructuring matters, including on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
In addition to banking and finance matters, he also advises on private equity investments in infrastructure,
information and technology, and financial services sectors.
