Career
Patrick is the Managing Partner of Rajah & Tann Singapore and the Vice-Chairman of Rajah & Tann Asia. He has almost three decades of experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. One of his key areas of expertise is in corporate restructuring and insolvency, acting for financial institutions and companies in many major and publicised cases, including Lehman Brothers Singapore and Nortel Networks, in which he acted as adviser to the liquidators.
Patrick is globally regarded as a pre-eminent lawyer, having been consistently named in prominent legal directories. He was also awarded the Public Service Star (Covid 19), the second highest honour of The National Awards (COVID-19), by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) for his contributions towards Singapore’s fight against the pandemic.
