Career

Grace became a solicitor in 2022 and works closely with Jolyon Berry, head of TSP’s employment team.  Jolyon says; ‘Grace’s arrival in the team is perfectly timed as we continue to roll out our HR Buddy and HR Partner service to clients who have access to our fully maintained suite of letters, contracts and documents for staff and who appreciate knowing that they can call our team at any time to help them achieve their business aims.’

Immediately on arrival at TSP Grace was in the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand representing one of our London based clients. However, as she lives and works in Colchester, she is expected to work mainly with businesses in the East of England, helping them manage staff issues as well as with individuals in need of advice on matters arising from the work place.

Grace graduated from the University of Exeter and completed her Legal Practice Course in Cambridge.
