• contract documentation for specialist sales company operating in the retail convenience sector;
• customer contract documentation for International Wi-Fi access provider; terms and conditions of trading for various businesses in a variety of different industry sectors.

M&A/other:
• advising purchaser of League One Football Club on takeover from previous owner and financial restructuring and subsequent sale;
• advising on acquisition of manufacturer and distributor of character gift items on behalf of the UK’s largest watch company;
• advising on acquisition of majority shareholding in national alarm monitoring business.
• Shareholder/joint venture agreements: Facility agreements and re-financing packages.
