Teacher Stern LLP‘s commercial litigation team focuses on contractual/shareholder actions, professional negligence and fraud/asset tracing claims. In addition, it has notable experience of mis-selling claims against institutional defendants. Leading the commercial litigation team is Jack Rabinowicz, who specialises in high-value, cross-border claims. Clare Toomer is noted for corporate and shareholder litigation, while Sarah Emerson acts for clients in insurance disputes. Rajesh Pabla 'goes the extra mile'.
