Lidwina Kiew – David Allan Sagah & Teng Advocates

Sarawak firm David Allan Sagah & Teng Advocates is collectively led by real estate expert David Toh, and corporate litigation specialists Allan Lao and Charles Wong, all of whom are praised for being ‘highly effective and competent’. The team boasts a strong banking specialism, with experience in advising foreign and local financial institutions on debt recovery actions, corporate loans, and financing facilities. Elsewhere, the firm has demonstrable expertise in the commercial real estate sector, with a particular focus on multi-property acquisitions and disposals and real estate funding. The group is also recognised for its capabilities in both the insurance and civil litigation fields, and regularly covers finance, commercial, IP, pharmaceutical, and employment disputes. Lidwina Kiew is another key contact in the team and primarily handles contentious litigation cases.
