Mr. Bian is a partner, resident in the Beijing office. Mr. Bian’s practice focuses on public and private finance transactions, including initial public offerings, debt offerings and private equity investments, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Bian received his LLB and LLM from the University of International Business and Economics in 2000 and 2003, respectively.  He subsequently went on to receive an LLM from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar.
