Personal

After graduated from Tsinghua University in 2007, Mr. Hou Xiaohua has been focusing on U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings. Mr. Hou is fluent in English and is familiar with the U.S. AD/CVD proceedings. He is good at guiding Chinese enterprises to answer complete initial questionnaires and supplementary questionnaires, establishing database, completing sales and cost reconciliations, and preparing for verification, etc. Mr. Hou Xiaohua is not only able to provide professional legal services for Chinese enterprises in responding to the U.S. AD/CVD investigations, but also good at providing specific export advice and long-term trade guidance for enterprises under the AD/CVD environment.

 

For more than ten years, Mr. Hou and his team have helped numerous Chinese industries and enterprises in responding to U.S. AD/CVD investigations before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
