Nicola has over 35 years’ experience of all property matters, particularly dealing with residential development sites including the acquisition of the same and setting up the plot sales to ensure that there are no issues with future sales. She has dealt with nationwide large schemes but also for developers on bijou schemes in town centres.
She has recently dealt with a number of sites nationwide with nutrient neutrality issues in relation to the planning permission and has learned methods to deal with same.
Nicola has specific experience in social housing sites and in dealing with statutory agreements particularly Section 106 Agreements. She has worked for local authorities, registered charitable providers as their in-house lawyer and for law firms, having been a partner in the same for many years.
