Steven is a partner and head of the commercial property team, specialising in commercial leases, sales and acquisitions, residential development, investment and portfolio purchases and bank finance.
Steven has acted on a number of high profile development sites alongside multi-city retail leases for regional operators so has considerable experience in development and in the retail sector.
Career
Trained at SAS Daniels. Joined September 2012 and qualified September 2014. Made partner in May 2019.
Prior to SAS worked as a paralegal at DAC Beachcroft in Leeds for a year.
Was non-executive director of Everybody Sport & Recreation from June 2016 to May 2019. £15m turnover charity with 600 employees operating across Cheshire.
Steven is currently a governor of Ryleys School in Alderley Edge.
