The team also specialises in advising the healthcare sector, charities and local authorities.
Employment: provides a proactive and results-driven service to employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and HR. Areas of particular expertise include employment tribunal representation, restructuring and redundancy advice, TUPE and equal pay. One of the largest in the North West, the team was one of the first in the country to offer a fixed-price fully insured employment law protection scheme for employers, called SAS Protect. SAS Protect provides bespoke contracts, policies and procedures, advice on employment issues together with tribunal representation and award cover for complete peace of mind.
