Position
Domonique is a Senior Associate in the Employment Department. She advises both businesses and individuals on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues at each stage of the employment life cycle.
She provides strategic advice on complex legal issues such as restructuring exercises, the impact of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 on mergers and acquisitions or tendered services as well as representing both Claimants and Respondents in all aspects of employment litigation including within the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and in the Civil Courts.
Career
Domonique qualified as a solicitor in March 2016 having spent a number of years as an employment paralegal. She was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021 and joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2022.
