Jodi Newton – Osbornes

The clinical negligence team at Osbornes is much lauded for its ability to ‘represent the diverse range of London-based clients’; as an example, the firm places particular emphasis on work for Eastern European clients, especially where a language barrier has had an impact on medical care. Stephanie Prior ‘leads the team with real experience and commitment to her clients’ – with 10 years of experience as a registered general nurse, she is well placed to support clients through complex and sensitive claims. Ben Posford is a noted specialist in spinal injuries and cauda equina claims, while Jodi Newton, who made partner in June 2023, has specific expertise regarding birth negligence cases, including those which involve cerebral palsy and Erb’s palsy injuries.
