Andrew is an Associate Solicitor in the Personal Injury Department. A significant proportion of Andrew’s caseload involves handling claims for injuries sustained by cyclists. He helps cyclists hit by drivers of cars, trucks and buses. He also assists clients who have suffered injuries sustained by riding over potholes, substances left on the road and dangerous cycle paths.

Andrew’s other key practice areas are accidents at work, including injuries sustained on building sites and representing pedestrians struck by vehicles in the road.

Andrew is also involved in a number of cases involving e-scooters and has previously spoken about the law relating to e-scooters on BBC Radio 4.

He always works to achieve outcomes which benefit his clients from the moment he meets them and works to make complicated situations easy to understand. Andrew has gained a wealth of experience dealing with clients who face difficult circumstances.

His aim is to make sure clients feel able to relax in very difficult circumstances and to help them gain the compensation they deserve.
