Sophie is on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and is a member of APIL, belonging to the procedure and child injury special interest groups. Many of Sophie’s clients are children and she has a particular interest in this area of practice.

The team is co-led by head of personal injury Sophie Davies, who has a notable specialism in catastrophic lower limb injuries; head of catastrophic injury Ben Posford, who has particular experience regarding spinal cord and brain injuries, and fatalities; head of child abuse Stephanie Prior, who also oversees the firm’s clinical negligence department; head of cycling Sam Collard, who acts as the main contact for the London Cycling Campaign; and head of major trauma Rob Aylott, who is known for his work on amputation claims. Associate solicitor Andrew Middlehurst has particular expertise regarding the law relating to e-scooters.
