Grégoire is a counsel with extensive experience in technology and data protection matters.

Career

Technology/Privacy Counsel, Grégoire advise on, draft and negotiate complex technology, software and licensing arrangements as well as an on wide range of data protection issues.

He has particular expertise advising clients in the tech, media and coms sectors, as well as in the retail and financial sectors. He regularly advises clients on:
– IT transformation (move to cloud) and digital projects, cloud and software development, licensing, implementation and exploitation deals
– a broad range of data protection matters and cybersecurity, including GDPR compliance, international transfers of data and management of data breaches
Grégoire has also developed an expertise on e-commerce issues, electronic signatures and employees’ cyber-surveillance within the company.
Grégoire advises both IT services providers and business users from start-ups to multinational companies.
