Claire Bouchenard, who heads the practice along with Xavier Pican and Béatrice Delmas-Linel, defended Shopdeco in a cross-border copyright infringement matter worth €60,000. She was also involved in another cross-border matter defending Esprit Europe Services and its subsidiary Esprit de Corp France against two different copyright infringement claims related to luxurious embroidery designs owned by French company Dentelle Sophie Hallette.
