Three decades of experience dealing with complex cases have given us a sober view of how to achieve the best outcome for the client. It’s rarely achieved by taking the path that guarantees more billable hours for the law firm or by dragging out the process.

Therefore, reducing complexity, close collaboration, and a solution-oriented approach to all cases are essential principles of Christensen Law.

By consistently and uncompromisingly insisting on a holistic view of the client’s case – and therefore more often deescalating conflicts than perpetuating them – we reduce both our own and the client’s time spent in most cases. We also don’t bury the courts in cases that should be resolved outside the courtroom.

This approach requires extensive trust, honesty, and respect between the client and the lawyer. The result is a more efficient collaboration and a transparent case handling process in which it is crucial that the client engages in the process with his or her lawyer.
