Ittinant has been practicing law for nearly 25 years and has worked with some of the country’s top law firms. He has extensive experience in real estate, corporate and commercial/M&A and banking and finance matters and in bankruptcy, restructuring and business reorganisation.
Ittinant is a well-known practitioner in Thailand’s high-value real estate and construction space and is a go-to resource for businesses and investors operating at the top end of the country’s markets.
He regularly advises on the development and construction of property in Thailand and its subsequent leasing and operation, and is frequently tasked with overseeing in-depth corporate and land due diligence investigations to time-sensitive deadlines – including in Thailand’s burgeoning renewable energy industry.
Ittinant has been ranked for consecutive years by Chambers & Partners, an independent research organisation operating in over 200 jurisdictions which gives detailed rankings and insight into the world’s best lawyers.
