Work highlights
- Advising and assisting broker for overseas reinsurance companies in civil case in which an insurance company has made a claim for compensation following an alleged breach of terms by the policyholder (a Thai governmental authority).
- Advised a client whose THB 250m investment were not being used in accordance with the related agreements and that assets were being siphoned. Established a crisis management action plan for revocation of transactions related to the siphoned assets and initiated a criminal action against the businessperson.
- Advising and assisting high profile celebrity couple in legal disagreement with prominent Thailand-based land developer who was contracted to remodel and enlarge their existing property. Client is seeking damages for construction delays and delayed entry to new home.
