Luis Alberto has dedicated his nearly 15 years of experience to labor and employment law matters. He has focused his practice on advising clients on corporate labor matters, immigration, regulatory compliance and due diligence reviews in mergers and acquisitions, among others. In addition, he has extensive experience advising clients in complex labor relations and collective bargaining matters, as well as in the resolution of labor disputes, both in judicial and administrative proceedings.

Arising from Bofill, Mir & Álvarez Jana’s dissolution during 2022, Bofill Mir Abogados’ five-member labour and employment practice covers domestic and cross-border transactional advice, as well as hirings, terminations and collective bargaining.
