Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool. He successfully completed the Barristers Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and was called to the Bar of England in 2000 (non-practicing). Kyle was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands in 2001. He is an accredited mediator and Notary Public. He is a qualified trust practitioner having obtained his STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and TEP qualification.
