Career
Murat Ayyıldız specializes in capital markets law with a focus on brokerage, asset management and custody services as well as initial and secondary public offerings, issuance of stocks, mutual funds, warrants and similar structured products. He acts for incorporations of various types of entities in the Turkish market.
Murat has expertise in drafting commercial contracts, particularly for financial institutions, asset and portfolio management contracts, contracts for brokerage services, and agency agreements.
Murat is also experienced in the incorporation and share acquisition of brokerage firms, asset management companies and similar entities. Furthermore, he provides ongoing legal services to major global banks and financial institutions in capital markets, banking and regulatory compliance matters with respect to their activities and services in the Turkish financial markets.
