ÖzmenYalçin has hit the ground running following its establishment in March 2022. In particular, it posted an impressive performance on the equity capital markets side, where it has completed 12 IPOs since its launch. The practice also houses a thriving debt capital markets practice, while on the banking and finance side it has strong experience in representing lenders and borrowers on project and acquisition finance transactions, among other matters. The ‘very experienced and collaborative’ group at ÖzmenYalçin has a focus on refinancings and debt restructurings, where it acts for mix of lenders and borrowers. The team is jointly led by banking and finance specialists Ömer Gökhan Özmen and Güneş Yalçın, both of whom enjoy good relationships with domestic and global financial institutions. The practice is headed by Ömer Gökhan Özmen, a specialist in multi-jurisdictional transactions; and Güneş Yalçın.
