Career

Dhruv heads Real Estate & Construction laws practice at Anhad Law. He has professional experience of over 15 years. Besides having relevant expertise and experience leading range of matters involving real estate and construction laws, Dhruv has also gathered substantial experience over these years with his active involvement in advisory and transactional support to clients on range of M&A transactions, corporate structuring and re-structuring, legal due diligence, foreign direct investment and overseas direct investment etc., amongst others.

 

Dhruv also has significant experience of handling dispute involving real estate and wide array of corporate commercial disputes. He is also actively involved in handing contentious matters under insolvency and bankruptcy laws, company laws, contractual disputes involving breach of obligations, specific performance, recovery of contractual dues, liquidated damages, and enforcement of security, etc.

 

Dhruv is empanelled with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), as part of specialized panel of senior legal services lawyers, before the Delhi State Consumer Commission.
