Career

Saša is a partner and head of the corporate and M&A practice group. Saša has more than 13 years of professional experience practicing in Belgrade, Vienna and Athens. He worked for eight years for a top-tier Austrian law firm Eisenberger & Herzog and an international law firm Wolf Theiss in Vienna. He also worked for a top-tier law firm in Belgrade for two years. During these engagements, Saša advised many international clients with regard to their large-scale matters in Serbia, Austria and jurisdictions of South East Europe.

Saša regularly advises on large-scale domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, real estate and banking transactions.

Saša is a qualified Austrian lawyer and co-heads our German Desk.
