• public procurement advice to a client, the result of which was the procurement of a contract related to the reconstruction and modernization of small hydroelectric power plants with financial performance in the amount of EUR 12,000,000;
• representation of approximately 300 unlawfully expelled members of the cooperative at the court in the SR;
• M&A transaction with financial assistance, deal value of app. EUR 20,000,000.
