Mr. Lysina has a strong practice and extensive experience with various types of legal-services-related projects as follows:
- legal advisory services to borrowers in the area of corporate loans of the syndicate of Slovak banks;
- preparing and structuring the terms of entry, operation and exit of the venture capital fund investor;
- legal advisory services on the establishment of Czech-qualified investor funds and the reorganization of investment fund structures;
- M&A transactions/mergers and acquisitions in the real estate sector (buyer and seller side);
- legal advisory services to companies invested in by one of the largest private equity groups in Slovakia in connection with mergers and acquisitions (on the buyer’s and seller’s side);
- legal advisory services in preparation, implementation and construction of various power supply projects (wind power plants, photovoltaic power plants) in Slovakia and abroad;
- legal representation of clients in civil courts;
- legal advisory services to electricity traders on EFET contracts;
- legal advisory services to clients on competition issues.
