Elçin Karatay is a corporate lawyer specialized in corporate law, public and private company M&A, joint ventures and IPOs. Being a legal multidisciplinary lawyer, she also advises clients on their IP law and employment law related legal issues.
As a separate focus area, with her objective to provide legal services on new unexamined areas of technology and law, and advising start-ups and technology companies, Elçin Karatay works intensively on creating legal structures for new technological developments.
