Roger is a partner and head of the corporate team, heading a team of 16 corporate and commercial solicitors. He has over 25 years’ experience supporting clients with M&A, private equity and public markets deals.
Roger’s clients range from medium-sized organisations to global companies. He helps them extract the best value from their corporate deals.
He supports the full spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures, corporate finance, stock market flotations and fundraisings and a range of other commercial matters. Over recent years, his team has successfully completed more than £1bn of deals.
Roger provides clients with legal advice that is commercially aware and practical. When issues arise, he provides clarity, good judgement and a quick response.
Momentum is vital for Roger’s clients, so he makes sure any potential delays are dealt with quickly and effectively. He is recognised as a problem-fixer.
