The multi-disciplinary and ‘superb’ team at Moore Barlow regularly advises SMEs, AIM-listed companies, private equity houses and entrepreneurs on M&A and IPOs as well as commercial contracts in the technology and engineering sectors. Southampton-based Jeremy Over and commercial lawyer John Warchus, who has ‘invaluable’ knowledge of client sectors and splits his time between the Guildford and Richmond hubs, lead the team. Also in Guildford, Mark Lucas leads on corporate transactions particularly in the independent school sector. Belinda Walters joined the team in October 2022.

Guildford-based John Warchus is the practice head of the commercial team, while Jeremy Over leads the corporate department from Southampton, bringing extensive expertise in IT and technology-related transactions to the group.
