NewGround Law B.V.‘s regulatory practice is headed up by Erwin Noordover, who has noteworthy experience working in the renewables sector in particular, and André Gaastra, who has expertise in energy and broader environmental work. Energy transition projects are at the fore of the team’s workload. The practice handles regulatory aspects of the realisation, development and operation of projects, namely offshore solar farms and wind farms, with matters frequently of significant value.
