Career

With a multidisciplinary profile and more than 19 years of experience in the area of tax, administrative and financial litigation, as well as technology law (digital law) and financial technology (Fintech), leading the latter areas in the Firm.

He currently advises on high-level technical issues to important companies in various sectors, including the technology sector, both national and international, both in consulting, negotiation, and tax defense issues, as well as in matters of technological law.

Valentin is a professor of tax law at the Universidad Panamericana, as well as founder and professor of Financial Technology Law at the same university and at the Universidad Iberoamericana.

During his professional career he has been a prolific author of several technical articles on complex legal topics and co-author of several legal books, as well as having participated as a speaker in countless academic events.
