Ewa Bober is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta. Before joining Rymarz Zdort (formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k.) in 2009, she worked in the capital markets departments at the Warsaw offices of two renowned international law firms.

A specialist in corporate law, with a particular focus on capital markets transactions, Ewa has advised issuers, selling shareholders, and investment banks on all aspects of international and domestic public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. She also provides comprehensive legal assistance to financial institutions, including investment funds, and advises clients in connection with tender offers and M&A transactions involving public companies.
