Heiddy has over 20 years of experience, she has specialized in project financing, foreign inversion, banking regulation, insurance law, environmental law, energy law, free zones, economic regulation, and corporate law.

Heiddy received her Bachelor of Laws, Cum Laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2002. In 2003, she completed her master’s degree in International Business, with a concentration in Energy and Environment from the University of Houston Law Center in Houston, Texas, United States. She has participated in multiple specialized courses related to corporate, tax and environmental law.
