Chatri has more than 20 years’ experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He advises domestic and international clients on, offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, joint ventures, and on general commercial matters, in Thailand and internationally. He regularly represents clients on domestic and international offerings of equity and debt securities under Rule 144A/Regulation S, under the U.S. Securities Act, and on offerings under Thai securities law. His mergers and acquisitions experience is particularly focused on advising major financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining The Capital Law Office in 2013, Chatri was a partner at a leading law firm in Bangkok.
