He regularly advises domestic and international clients on complex commercial transactions, particularly regarding purchase and sale, service, management agency, and employment agreements. He is also experienced in advising on capital markets matters. Pakdee has been recognized as one of the best M&A lawyers in Thailand, with key M&A clients including: Government Savings Bank, Thanachart Capital Plc., and Thanachart Bank Plc., Nomura Asia Investment (Singapore) Pte.
