He advises domestic and international issuers and underwriters on domestic and international offerings of equity and debt instruments, particularly on offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S, under the U.S. Securities Act, as well as under Thai securities law. His mergers and acquisitions experience is extensive, and includes advising on major transactions in a wide variety of sectors, and providing advice on multi-jurisdictional projects. Prior to joining The Capital Law Office in 2013, Paradorn was a partner at a leading law firm in Bangkok.
