Piotr Skurzynski is a qualified attorney-at-law, and heads the Antitrust, Competition, and Economic Regulation practice of Hogan Lovells’ Warsaw office. He has many years of experience in Polish and EU competition law, as well as state aid, and consumer law. Piotr has represented clients before the Polish Competition Authority, the European Commission, as well as Polish and EU courts in proceedings concerning anti-competitive agreements, abuse of a dominant position, and consumer law cases. He has worked on a number of international merger and acquisition deals negotiating transaction documents and representing clients in merger control proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority and the European Commission.
