Ludovic Geneston is a partner in our international tax practice group.

He advises a wide range of multinational groups, investment funds and financial institutions mainly on the tax-related aspects of domestic and cross-border public and private mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations, leveraged buy-outs, and financings.

Ludovic’s experience in tax audits and tax litigations also enables him to assist French and foreign clients in relation to all categories of tax controversies, from initial discussions with the French tax authorities in the context of tax audits or advising in relation to dawn raids, to defending cases before the courts, as well as defending clients in criminal proceedings involving a tax angle.
