Charles is a seasoned litigator and a Solicitor Advocate whose practice is underpinned by his experience of acting in commercial judicial reviews and other legal challenges before UK Courts and tribunals, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. His experience spans a wide range of industries, acting for claimants, defendants and interested parties in high-profile and complex matters in heavily regulated sectors such as energy, financial services, gambling, life sciences, media and telecoms.
As head of our public law and policy practice, Charles has been at the forefront of developing our innovative approach to government relations policy advocacy, which brings together legal knowledge, dispute resolution experience and public affairs skills in a seamless team.
