Position

Francesco Pasello is a counsel in the capital markets practice of our Milan office.

He specializes in capital markets and corporate transactions on multilateral trading facilities and he regularly advises corporates, investment banks and financial institutions in connection with equity capital markets transactions on (among others) IPOs and rights issues.

He also assists listed companies in connection with other extraordinary transactions and corporate governance matters.

Francesco also gained relevant experience in connection with transactions involving regulated entities and acting for borrowers and lenders on several acquisition finance and restructuring transactions.
