Natasha Forman is a Legal 500 ranked senior employment solicitor.
Natasha acts for both senior executives and employers in a wide variety of sectors including (but not limited to) financial services, law firms, media and entertainment, other professional services firms and luxury brands.
Natasha advises on the full range of employment-related issues. She specialises in whistleblowing and discrimination matters and frequently achieves high value settlements for her senior executive clients. One recent settlement achieved was in excess of £10,000,000. She has a strong track record in helping her employer clients avoid costly litigation and to resolve often highly sensitive matters. She takes a practical and commercial approach to matters and her client feedback is outstanding.
Natasha comments regularly in the media on employment-related issues, including as a contributor to BBC radio broadcasts on discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as sick pay.
Natasha has a young son and is part of her firm’s parents and carers network. Before embarking on her legal career, Natasha taught English in Okayama, Japan. She is dual-qualified as a solicitor in Australia (2004 with First Class Honours) and England & Wales (2009).
